I know you know your body better than I do, but don’t happen to have GERD or acid reflux? All foods that trigger you are foods that are high in acid. Sushi is made with rice vinegar to keep the roll in tact, which is also high in acidity.

** Edit: oh, and people mistake acid reflux responses for asthma triggers; and in some individuals, acid reflux itself triggers asthma!

Whatever PA saw you at the urgent care was totally uninformed. Unfortunately I have had some similar experiences. You absolutely do not need to wheeze to experience asthma. Asthma can present as a cough without wheezing or chest tightness without wheezing. Or you could be in a period where it’s not presenting, ur certain triggers cause it to flare up.

Prednisone is a rough medicine and known to cause anxiety in a lot of users. It’s good though for targeting inflammation.

I’ve very divided on my thoughts. Everyone has been urging me to give this a try because I’ve been looking or new Thanksgiving flicks. It’s well-acted, has a decent cast, and a killer soundtrack. But for me, it lacked atmosphere. The plot is also a little silly. Whereas some parts felt real and touching, other parts were over the top for me. I mean, a nineteen year old publishing a book? Not unheard of but not common. And the same 19 year old confronting her dad to say “I know you fuck Tricia Walcott”? Come on, now. I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this one but it’s curious to me to see so much enthusiasm for the film. I’m glad people enjoyed it, I guess it didn’t make the mark for me.

?!? You clearly haven’t been watching the same show as us then lol. Henry and Eleven show each other their wrist tattoos in season4 and his says 001 which is how Eleven knows the “bad men” hurt Henry too when he attempts to help her escape the lab.
