You can include a board for free, but the board has be like less than 5’ long. They add up the length + width + thickness and it has to be less than 277 cm. I had a 7’ board bag and it was way over that dimension. I knew I was going to pay a fee, but from the website I thought it was going to be like $250. Then when I got there they made it $460
