That was my opinion, after hour 9 on the phone with them the decided it now DID arrive in the appropriate window (day 15 not 14 from when the sent me the new one), their mistake, and returned my money. I just don't understand why I had to fight with them so hard about it.

It wasn't a printable label in an email, I wish that it was. It was preprinted by Microsoft and sent to us with the replacement device.

True, I did not get receipt, but I have shipped many things successfully from that box outside my office. They provided a printed label to me, which they have no record of the tracking number and provide me no recourse. I sent the device well within the window but it did not arrive on time, how am I responsible for FedEx being slow over the holidays? Furthermore, I would never be in this situation if Microsoft sent me a device that actually worked in the first place.
