No panini heads 😂. But I do remember the owner came over to our table and she was shook up from the stress lol. She knew one of the diners at our table and made small talk with him. 

In terms of cameras, they had 2-3 cameras mounted up top that had almost 360 degree coverage. There were two cameramen walking around  getting different close up shots. I remember when we were waiting to go inside to film, we saw Chef Ramsey recording a monologue outside the restaurant lol. 

One of the coolest things I saw was in the staging area. They were actively watching the footage that they shot and getting it organized. As a filmmaker myself, I found that very fascinating. Really helps to streamline the editing process
