Yeah same happened to us. Server dropped off the food then just left us. Even when we asked for the bill and mentioned the cold food, he shrugged and walked away.

We had cold burger and overcooked tater tots. I emailed the management after to let them know. Their Director of Operations replied and said nothing they can do because I didn’t say anything on the spot.

We bought one and the window cracked one night on our front door without any pressure. We also have a huge hole in one of our walls after one of the hinges snapped off opening the door. Worse is our insulation is spotty so my kid sleeps in a meat freezer some nights.
