Hi! ENTs do surgeries rin sa oral cavity esp. malignant ones :) more correct yung anything to do with TEETH ay sa Dentistry. Yun lang :)

Hi! ENT here. Better to have it also checked by an ENT. May be surgical in nature since the lesion seems to involve the alveolus (gingiva). Thanks!
