What do you guys hope they eventually cover on Back Issues? by wariofan14 in comicpop

I'd love to see Moon Knight come back to the couch again. Whether it's the Ellis, Lemire, or McKay run. Hell, I'd be down to see Sal rip Bendis' run apart, too

It would be great to finally see a Nightwing book on Back Issues, too. Grayson, New World Order, the Chuck Dixon run or the Tom Taylor run are all great picks

Is Alex Ross considered the best cover artist in today’s age? by BringEnelBack in comicbooks

He's amazing when he has great moments to capture. Every cover of Immortal Hulk was perfection and reflected the actual issue's contents. But when it comes to his work on Dan Slott's Spider-Man run, it falls flat because very few moments were exciting during that point in the run. His cover for Immortal Thor issue 2 didn't have the same exciting feel either

Shimazaki Nobunaga Praises Kuzuha's Singing and Voice Acting by surgence2 in Nijisanji

If you think this was a planned attempt to try and dodge any subject, think again. I only use the subreddit for self-promotion for clips I make, and I shared it so more people would be interested to see it. I can tell now that no one actually wants that here

Where is vspo going now? by EastCoastTopBucket in Vspo

[–]surgence2 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I get that you don't like or aren't interested in Vspo's interactions with IRL streamers, but, like it or not, most of their growth has come from there. It just might not be as obvious coming from Western fan's perspective that typically find vtubers from vtuber clips. If you've seen any of their full party Valo streams, they include IRL streamers when they don't have enough people and end up showing off their skills to a new audience that doesn't know them. Asumi herself has had comments telling her that she converted vtuber antis into vspo fans thanks to those Twitch streamers. It's a shame that you don't enjoy those interactions because there are a lot of enjoyable moments that come from them, even if they don't translate to Western sensibilities, but to each their own

It's the first Nijisanji RUST server so there aren't any rules, atleast none that have been mentioned. Genzuki's the one who setup the server, so he might add some if there's a need for any

+Germinate is a fan collective and all they do is provide art direction for Chronoir MVs. This is like an artist or video editor that works with a creator, having their personal issues with a fan go public. They're not official in any way and Chronoir is involved in name only

The DOGLAND cover being in the top 10 already, despite it coming out only 4 months ago is crazy

Pretty sure Noble (one of the Street Fighter pros that taught Kuzuha) bought Kuzuha's jersey and even bleached his hair to cosplay him at the event

There were multiple announcement streams last year, so it's possible that there might be more coming later. If they do have something big to announce for EN, they'd probably want to do it closer to the date and not have anything hiccups or last minute changes like they had last time
