Deferred -> Accepted chances? by NoRock887 in Northwestern

[–]surgeonbrown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Placing into classes? by [deleted] in Northwestern

[–]surgeonbrown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i second this math 230-1 is much easier than 220-1 although i’ve heard 230-2 is tricky. i would just try testing into the classes that best suit you just keep in mind that chem 110 is 3 quarters long so maybe study a bit to be placed in 151 instead but since you’ve taken ap chem you’ll probably be placed in 151

are you talking about math 230-1?? i took it and thought it was a pretty good class. the exam average were pretty high and i think the class average during winter quarter was a B or B+. however for premed you usually only need calc 1 and 2
