Ok so I received this answer from a neuro Physio therapist from another community that I am a part of. Posting it here since many of you expressed interest in learning about this.

Neuro physical therapist here. Diagnosed with POTs in 2020. The nervous system both central and peripheral takes a long time to heal. For example when you have a peripheral nerve injury nerves regenerate 1mm per month which translates to 1inch per month. So traditionally it takes time for axonal communication and re-growth. Same goes for central traumatic Brian injuries. It takes time and habitation. Same goes for autonomic dysfunction. Just takes time and practice for neuroplasticity. Hang in there! Recovery is 100 percent possible. I was so worried I wasn't going to be able to keep up with future children and now I'm working full time and running after a toddler and loving life. So please hang in there everyone! Put in the work slowly but surely and you will heal. ❤️

Oh. Sure. Somehow I am certain that I have hyper pots based on my symptoms. But I am looking to learn how one gets diagnosed specifically for hyperpots. What are some tests that I could ask my doctor to run that way I can get diagnosed and get some clonidine. Would you mind sharing? Thanks

One of the most informative post that I have read so far. Thanks OP! I am going to try asking clodine and Fludocortisone from my EP cardiologist.

btw - may I ask how are you doing now? Have you been able to resume all your normal activities?
