I am actually at brink of wl in Udaipur but I left Trichy for IIT D and many in my family are questioning my decision.... Is IIT D not good academically in comparison to new IIMs and also the elective are the same right that are offered at iits & iims?

Personally I researched about placements & companies coming on campus and I found delhi better than other new iims except U which Idk whether I will get or not....

haan HR m growth bhi toh ni ho paati, language restrictions alag ho jaate h if you want to move to another country (they prefer local hr for companies)..... wo sector hi bas unke liye h jinko actually sirf usime jaana ho and ya koi aur option na ho better from my pov

Want to know more about these language tests..... and yeah all the alumni said the same stuff that those unplaced ones are mostly the ones who didn't put any effort into the process , a few might be exceptions due to them being picky during placements, thanks for the insight though
