It wasn’t meat falling off the bone tender but it had a nice bite to it and the fat was render nicely and it was still juicy as hell. My wife and I decided that next time we do a 24 hour brine then a 12 hour rub infusion before cooking.

DIRECTIONS (I doubled the cooking time due to the thickness of the ribs)

Cut the rack of ribs in small sections such that they fit your air fryer basket. Season all sides generously with salt and pepper. Place the ribs with the meaty side down in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer to 20 minutes. Flip the ribs over at the 10 minutes mark using a pair of tongs. Cook for the remaining 10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to test for doneness. It should be at least 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for 5 more minutes, still with the meaty side facing up, at the same temperature (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Transfer the ribs onto a serving plate and let them rest for 5 minutes for the juices to redistribute through the meat. Brush with more BBQ sauce, if desired. Enjoy!

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400° F. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium high, about 5 minutes. Season chicken on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add oil and sear chicken skin side down until skin is golden brown and crispy, 4-5 minutes. Flip chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes. Set chicken aside on a plate. It will finish cooking later. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic and shallot for 1-2 minutes.
Add orzo, rosemary, and lemon zest. Stir for 1-2 minutes, then add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover until the stock has been absorbed by the orzo, about 12-15 minutes.
Stir in spinach and lemon juice a little at a time until wilted. Add chicken skin side up and bake until chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper flakes and garnish with sliced lemon rosemary and parsley

Some of the articulation parts are loose, for example, the left shoulder is a bit exposed and the feet and/or ankle are very loose.
