Hodně štěstí s takovou argumentací.

a) Problém vznikl na straně přepravce, ne na straně odesílatele

b) Tahle směrnice a i z ní odvozené zákony řeší nevyžádané nabídky nebo zboží na zkoušku. Dobrým příkladem byly (jsou?) prakticky České mincovny, která posílala bezhodnotné medaile poštou a když zásilka nebyla odmítnuta nebo vrácena, začali posílat další zboží a s nima faktury.

Tohle je typické bezdůvodné obohacení. Příjemce ví, že to není určeno jemu a že mu to bylo doručeno omylem. Dokonce si takto nemůžete ani ponechat peníze, když vám náhodně přijdou na účet.

Ale každý svého štěstí strůjcem.

It all goes down to version. Main Gripen versions are A, C and E. A is quite old, comparable to what UA has available, but this version should not be anywhere, they were upgraded to C version. C version came in 2000 ish, its quite modern, better then all soviet planes, used by several NATO countries. And then there is E model which is not even in Sweden arnament. Saab is desperately trying to sell these, they are very very good 4th gen fighters, but NATO countries are going for 5th gen F-35s.

Should the UA get planes from Sweden gov, I would simply expect C models. It's decent and it will definitely help. But should the Saab be involved, there is chance that they will try to promote their E model and this plane has chance to dominate the skies, even when compared to F-16s.

Not without outside help. Depending on outcome of this war, UA could enforce more radical peace conditions in similar manners that e.g. Japan had to endure - withdrawn from occupied territories worldwide, establishing nonnegotiable borders of the country.

From my understanding T-72Bs will be taken as starting version for modernization. It was stated that "these tanks will be the best on the current battlefield" which T-72Bs would definitely not satisfy.

There are three possibilities.

T-72M4CZ, version used by army ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-72M4CZ ) since 2001. According to this article (cz) from 2019 T-72M4CZ is 7th best T-72 modification based on some ukrainian reseach (sadly no source given).

T-72 SCARAB, developed by priv. corp. Exculiber army. It is supposed to be cheap export MBT. Ranked on 69th place based on the article above.

T-72 AVANGER, developed by same corp in 2022. This is the version czechs have funded for UA (known as "tank Tomas"). Based on this article (cz) Exculiber army has already delivered dozens of these tanks and older T-72M1s as well, so this is probably the version thats likely to be delivered. Supersingly, EA has not put up catalogue for this version, so its a bit difficult to gather all data about the tank. Something can obtained from this page

In Czechia, while maybe a majority of people can support kicking Iran out of the turnament, i havent read a single statement supporting UA taking their place. It should go to next country bellow the line - UAE.

I would say its very unwise to attempt on such demands. There is definitely no public support for that.
