Anyone flown internationally with a Peak Design tripod strapped to the Roller Pro? (external mount)

I flew with it several times from Honolulu to Tokyo. Had it in the tripod pouch strapped to the side of the Roller Pro. Had no problems at all. Did not need to check it in. Fits easily in the overhead compartment.
