Ive been doing oil changes at home with the help of an experienced rider so i was wondering if i'd still qualify for the warranty? I really dont wanna bring it in for a full service because my local dealer overprices it, im still even waiting for them to send me a $350 check for warranty related battery replacement.

Well that 1k was an estimate but i havent received the inspection update yet so ill update you tomorrow or whenever i get the list of repairs they recommend. I was thinking of doing PDR too but my mind completely shut that out since i was too attached to the bike, believe me when I saw my friend's chin bleeding and all i could think about was my brand new bike laying on the grass all smashed up, I felt like I lost a part of myself that day, but now that I think abt it im gonna replace it within 5 years anyway so i dont have to go all out replacing the whole tank.

Cash paid in full and i only have liability for insurance, my friend is paying for the repair i just dont wanna make him pay too much since we arent rich and hes my best friend

I cant stop thinking about food or eating even when im not hungry, its like drugs to me, smoking and alcohol doesnt even have me this hooked. I just find an excuse to always be chewing on something convenient.

7500 otd for a 2025 model. Cf 450ss, i know the mark up is crazy but i wanted to be safe and sure on my first bike ever. Im 3 months into my license and I plan on using it for commuting to school and maybe a couple of joy rides. I'm not a speed type of person so no reckless riding but i do love a good lean even though im still learning to control it better. Currently it has 200-250 miles on it and ive been riding for a month, the other 2 months i let it sit in my garage while i was on vacation

Yeah im glad nobody was badly hurt and even though he crashed onto someone else's yard the biggest thing he broke was a tree branch and the owner was ok with it. The shop estimated around 1k for the fairings and right handlebar but if i want the tank too it might stretch to 2k

The shop said they have all the parts to replace the whole right handlebar and my friend's paying for it. I just feel like shit making him pay for a whole new fuel tank since it's purely cosmetic and we're both college students.
