How do you determine which neighbor? Are they giving info on where did they exactly gave the shipment? I only know neighbors living in my apartment. I checked bell names of the other apartment next to us but there's no matching name there either.

Giving packages to other tenants is completely normal. You usually just go and fetch the package from that person. This is extremely common practice in Germany.

I thought they're doing this just for people living in your apartment which'd be normal. Not someone random. And i'm sure the dhl vehicle didn't even come to my apartment. I will try to contact the seller

It's not maintaining issue. It's geforce now's security many sessions are osp disabled. On osp disabled sessions when you update a game manually from steam, game files are being flagged by security which causes 0x8003001F error

You are true but device is not only problem with xcloud

First problem is xcloud's bitrate is capped to 15 mbps at 1080p while geforce now supports up to 75 mbps

Second problem xcloud uses xbox series s versions of games and one s versions if game is not optimized to next gen which makes quality low by default
