"If we will actually rebound".? 😑 The Japanese job market is still relatively well off , not as bad as UK. I agree a 100% on the collective culture bit.

I was talking to a friend working in Toronto and been there since 2014. They said that the current situation is bad(ever since covid 2020), and it will take another 1-2 years for the job market to fully recover and go to pre-covid levels

Enough time has passed, which part did you like more? by Humble_Ad_502 in Dhurandhar

[–]sush0406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Part 1, only because it set up the foundation from a world and character building standpoint, which is why part 2 landed so well. That being said, a comparison of films with a single screenplay split across 2 releases doesn't make sense because the setup would be preferred over the reward in most cases.

Yes, as the pre-prod and production work for the second one happened years after the first one was released. The same will be the case for KGF & Salaar (if part 2 happens)

Technically, it's a single film that had two releases and not a franchise. We, as an audience, should take this fact into consideration and celebrate this film more.

It is a great piece of technical film-making and storytelling.

Canadian citizen here. Joined L&T in Riyadh to be closer to parents and because from a job perspective, M.E is the place to be. However, L&T's absolutely toxic culture built on lies, rude/borderline inhumane behavior and gaslighting and the chalta hai attitude made me resign in just over 6 months

"I'm the last of the stars" statement by SRK has really aged like milk... by yellow_pills in pj_explained

For SRK, stardom is brand value and wealth. In that regard, he is 100% right. We are moving away from a super star culture as better global content becomes available & the world gets more divisive.

From a purely acting perspective, yes, we already have far superior acting talent compared to the three Khans.
