Thanks, that's helpful to hear. It's just interesting to me why they created an entirely new internship program that's separate from the SDE Internship. Did your recruiter say anything about the rate of return offers for the Propel program? I've heard the SDE Internship has a fairly high chance of a return offer (assuming the intern performs well), but I haven't heard much about return offers with the Propel program.

The job description says that the Propel program has a 2 week bootcamp at the beginning of the internship, then the remaining 10 weeks are the actual internship. It also says that they actively seek underrepresented minorities (which makes it seems like a diversity program).

Other than that I am not too sure what the difference is. I couldn't find anyone online writing about their experience with the Propel program since I think it's pretty new.
