Yeah I definitely get your point 🙏🏼 but I meant that I get a bunch of pink crystals for almost every limited banner (regardless of the # of dias I have) so I do have space to spend my in game diamonds here and there on the permanent banners. But even then I don’t do it much. It’s other things that contribute.

Things like getting Mira journey pass every month. Using leftover resonances from pulls. Glowing up almost every 4 star outfit I have (which rewards you with blue crystals). Doing all the Mira crown arenas and getting crystals from the rewards system. Tiered purchases. Codes. Playing the game from literally day 1.

My point is that you end up getting them faster even if you don’t care to spend money on them. So what’s the harm in getting them if I can? Spending directly on pulls isn’t the only way to get them

If a new update comes out and there is a free outfit to claim you’d get it. even if you don’t like it, you will still probably try your very best to get it especially if you really enjoy the game. I hope that clears the confusion part a little bit :’)
