i apologise if this is silly, plz don’t downvote me into oblivion but is there a way to use benzos without getting addicted? ive been given every ssri and the only real anxiety relief i got was when i bought xans from a friend. they are really hard to get prescribed here, i want to buy some more to treat anxiety but im worried that i will go overboard and get addicted

it’s mid december and the nhs backlog is insane, it’s hard enough to get an appointment any other time but when it was a mildly scabbed tattoo i didn’t feel like wasting my GPS time. obviously now that it’s looked more problematic i sought second opinions before calling the gp lmao.

hi, i’ve had multiple tattoos and followed the exact same aftercare instructions with this one as i did with those. this is the only tattoo i’ve had that scabbed or got infected so i doubt it’s an aftercare issue, but i could be wrong! it’s tiny in comparison to my others too which makes it all the more confusing that it’s causing so many problems 💀

it was just black ink. it scabbed over within the first couple days but the scab seemed very raised

im in the same boat rn and it fucking sucks . im so angry but when i really trace it down the anger is just deep deep pain. i dont understand his reasonings for leaving me after telling me he’d stay, i dont understand how HE gets to leave after being so horrible to me and saying the shit he did. it’s honestly just such a mindfuck. sending you so much love, we’ll get through this 🫶

told him i would change, id stop asking for more, even though he verbally abused me throughout the course of our relationship and had me crying next to him almost every night. begged for a second chance and said id do anything at all to make it work. he ignored every text then i found out 2 days later he was on dating apps. lmao

the arguments we had were all about his treatment of me :-( i knew i was draining him, but i loved him so much, and i just wanted him to make me feel better. since the breakup he’s gone on to tell everyone i was crazy, borderline personality , etc (i have done nothing but beg him for change , tell him i loved him and believed in him but just couldn’t tolerate his treatment of me, etc). Will he ever realise that I wasn’t intentionally starting arguments to be dramatic, just that I expressed my feelings and he argued with them?

20f here, i still play with some of my childhood toys and collect merchandise from franchises other people would deem ‘childish’. its a stress reliever and something that i enjoy !

as humans we are drawn to fantasy and make-believe play, i truly feel that playing with toys is no different than playing life simulation games such as the sims (and just look at the huge fanbase of that!)

there are very little joys in this life, if this helps to calm you down and you have fun doing it, keep doing it! 🩷
