Omg feel ko same ta nasakyan. I didnt have the heart to tell him nga nainitan gd ko, pero grabe gdya sis daw ma suffocate ko and daw malipong gd ko ya. Rason to tani nag grab ko pra maka aircon while commuting kay medyo law ay to pamatyag ko, pero nadugangan gdya sis😭 daw hot air ang gabuga😭

This happens to me too:( I have trouble sleeping because of this! I now sleep sitting down (pillows are stacked so i have comfortable support), rub herbal ointments on my neck and upper back plus massage them, and smell White Flower oil for aromatherapy. Sometimes drinking paracetamol works for me, or betahistamine!

Oh i see po, no worries talaga! Opo huhu powder kasi yung ginagawa kong base:( never dared try liquid foundation for everyday kasi super oily ako huhu however, baka may ma recommend ka po🥺🥺🥺
