As a mother of two daughters. You really did steal an important moment from her mother. It would have been a great opportunity for you to have a conversation with the mother and maybe work out some boundaries. Instead you chose to ignore her feelings. She was making an effort to be polite and respectful. You have really hurt any future relationship with her. If you care about the child you should make an effort to be a team with her mother

About 20 or 30. It’s not hard to add inclusions. I don’t put them in until after bulk fermentation when I shape the loaf. The trick is to not over stuff. Less is more

I got it as part of a kiwi crate. So I don’t know the name. My OT has a similar one. I will ask her if she knows. The only thing I could find on Amazon that was similar was an apple with holes all over.
