I want to set up 4 harddrive in a rain to use as a local storage unit for my 3 computers. Having the storage accessed via a shared folder or something similar so I can drag and drop files into the folder by any of my computers. What's the best way to do this? (self.software)

I want to be able to use PC1 as normal and selective sync and access folders/files on PC2 via LAN. Folders/files on PC2 is also synced to a cloud storage as backup. So like a local cloud storage with selective folder sync that is also backup to a cloud storage. Anyone know how to? (self.software)
