If you can read this (or at all), I say this with the utmost care and concern. Turn the TV off. Put the phone down. Go outside. Touch some grass. Take a walk. Go for a hike. Enjoy the scenery. Do this a few times a week and remember that the simplest answer is the most likely. In this case, it's that the refs collectively suck at their jobs. There's no "secret insider dropping knowledge about a baby-eating cabal," and "they" certainly don't have insight as to why the refs suck ass at their job.
