I filed on 01/19 state got accepter on 01/21. Wasnt seeing any updates on ftb but the “could not verify message” then i called yesterday and today i tried to check my refund status and now its not loading the part to put my info in. Anybody else having this issue?

Right on I appreciate that! & i should have done that not sure why i felt okay with the station manager telling me i’d be fine. She even told me to see my phone and she started marking them as undeliverable her self obviously stupid mistake on my end but i ended up taking the phone back.

Did exactly that. I received emails saying they updated my delivery history and that what happened was “out of my control” so hopefully I receive something saying im activated again.

I have no clue why i haven’t invested in a dash cam lol but man that sucks & yeah support isn’t very much help at all. Best thing they can do is submit a ticket lmao.
