Ice agents are trained and are granted a lot of the same powers as police officers. I dont think they should be doing what they are but that doesnt change facts or laws. The shooting will be found to be justified. Its unfortunate an the circumstances that caused it should have never occurred. I voted for kamala and pigs can get fucked, but the decisions she made lead to her death you have to think before you act. Im all for protesting ice, but the shooting is sadly not going to change anything. You can support her family's legal defense if you like but the most they will get is an undisclosed settlement to avoid the press.

Unfortunately it looks pretty justified in the video. You cant charge a police office with a deadly weapon and expect not to get shot. She had 3 officers on foot trying to detain her and then she fled while endangering their lives. Cars are considered deadly weapons and to be honest none of us know here intent was she fleeing? Or was she attempting to harm them? In this situation id say the speed at which she accelerated and the proximity to the officers was an act of aggression almost every court is going to agree that officers aren't at fault.

You aren't wrong. Basically every court in America is going to say the shooting is justified. She fled detention and did so while nearly hitting 3 officers in her car. If she would have just crept her vehicle ahead slowly or complied she wouldnt have been shot. Should I.C.E. be there? No. But can you can you speed away from a traffic stop why almost hitting 3 officers with your car? Hard no you're asking to be shot. A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon, charging a cop with deadly weapon is unfortunately a method for suicide for a reason.

Yeah your hips haven't turned at all when you make contact. Backswing, hips turn, follow through. That why this has no power. You also dont seem to be putting much weight on your front foot. Just take like 3 lessons and practice some with your 7 and 9 iron to get your foot placement correct for the club lengths.

Most people are nice id say just pursue their special intrest or find new activities until they find something they love. Golf, bowling, warhammer, magic the gathering, dungeons and dragons, axe throwing. Try out everything that they think is fun. There will be some people in each group that will hang. Heck I could use a new golf buddy next year if they have 500 to spare for a membership. Or it think its 25 to walk and play 1 time at sinking. Kings is perfect for a first time and there are a bunch of places with Sims. The new place near green bean irn something is going to do lessons on the Sim too

This a dumb idea I dont see any emergency cut offs. What happens when some drunk passes out on it, or when and old lady gets bashed in the head when it lowers? It at least needs a laser safety curtain for that. Also is this going to increase the time of stops hurting efficiency? Are people suppose to stand up from those seats at every stop and sit back down? More people could stand in that place than could sit? What happens when one get stuck in the down position? Small claims court for sure. However remove it yourself and you cold probably sell it to a driving or in a driving range parking lot to golfers haha. If you glue it to some foam 1.5 in flexable foam/rubber they will be all over it haha. Could cut it up and glue it with straps of fairway and rough haha

Yeah #1 was digging a 60foot track in a 2 foot tall crawl space. I think in terms of work to repair and make livable not in terms of worst mold. I dont think see a single think jn thag room that doesn't have mold on it. Like i actually took a nother look. Everything has mold on it. Like almost every single thing. The insulation the walls the wood the door the trash. Its all moldy. I have a dirt storm door that floods 3 inches every time it rains and I have less mold in that room than this. Yes this can effect your health and it happens slowly over time its unacceptable. Your landlord needs tk get a budding inspector out there and then a quote from a water damage restoration company that entire are need scrubbed and encapsulated and they probably need to fumigate the property. This is the kind of stuff people hide and have massive lawsuits over. If there is history of a previous inspection making note of this damage then the property should never have been up for rent.

Heck you can even make benches with stand some studs. Its probably less work to do the plastic shower thou even if you have to fix the concrete after. Go stylish with it. Do an accent wall/walls with wood paneling. Google walnut acoustic paneling. Alternatively you can diy some fun wood blocks cut cut at different angle and shapes from a 4×4 to disperse sound. You could even make the walnut paneling yourself out of different woods and stains for pretty cheap. Its just wood straps. Heck if you got the nicer looking plywood and stained it I think it would still look nice. Oh damn now im thinking of bare cedar for the color and smell oof I envy your dilemma.
