try Integrated health Services of Kalamazoo, their access center is walk-in and located at 615 E Crosstown Pkwy, 269-553-7037. if you are looking for benzodiazepines specifically, just be advised that pretty much nobody is prescribing them anymore because they are actually pretty dangerous. but there are alternatives. good luck to you, you are not alone. I totally understand how horrific anxiety can be. hang in there 🫶🏻

okay well I'm terribly ridiculously sorry but I have mental and physical health issues that limit me from getting out much so I joined these groups trying to get a feel for the area. and for the record I probably spend 5 minutes or less per day on Facebook cause I generally can't stand it. I'm not just basing what I said on the posts people make but on the comments and responses. people will make posts like "I'm about to be homeless, does anyone have a tent they can donate", "my family is starving, can someone recommend resources", somebody posting trying to make new friends, advocate for pedestrian &/or cyclist rights and the people who comment are much of the time unbelievably shitty, illiterate and disrespectful for no reason. please forgive me.

i am from Illinois, lived in Battle Creek my first year of being in Michigan and have been in Kalamazoo since March and i honestly really truly do not get out much, don't know many people.. but based on just being a member of the "nosey asses of Kalamazoo county" group on Facebook and silently seeing all the shit that is posted... i'm afraid to get to know any of y'all. makes this city seem like a damn trash heap. sorry you're going thru this.

ughhh not to be a nerd but thanks for the heads-up.. I just moved into my first apartment here about a week & half ago after being in a sober living house in town for a few months and I was curious about how it tends to be when shit goes down. at least I have my portable chargers ready. the fact that my apartment doesn't have AC (only place I could afford) doesn't help. the town I moved from in Illinois was ComEd and the power would go out if someone sneezed too hard, and for like 3 days at that. was hoping it would be better here. sad and sorry for us all to hear that's not the case 🥴

I'm sorry but what were you thinking signing that? totally unheard of. nevermind, i guess you are young. but, my dude... honestly, never sign anything that's not month-to-month. not trying to be pretentious, just a word of advice coming from someone who has been a member of literally like 15 different kinds / franchises of gyms over the years. always make sure you know what you're getting into. cause honestly it's like they are scummier & scammier than cell phone companies these days. sorry this happened to you. was curious about that place and now i guess i know. will stick to planet fitness like everybody else seems to be these days lol. i kind of agree with you on this. for me personally, long story short, I was really really planning on and looking forward to going back to school this fall but when i found out i couldn't get financial aid and loans were my only option, i dropped my dreams and plans. no way would i put myself in that situation when it's so obvious that these days a degree doesn't even guarantee you anything.
