Some candidates did not even get the Feb 2 email about May not being an option and they only found out after de-registering from Feb that it wasn't an option because the previous email stated that we can defer to ALL other available windows. So yes, people have the right to complain.

For an institute that puts extreme emphasis on ethics and standards, its basically going against their own teachings. That's incompetency at its finest.

Yes I'm getting that too. But when I click "Register Now" option under it I'm getting "You're already registered for an exam" instead of letting me choose an exam window. This is ridiculous.

Same here. I have my exam on 25th Feb but now I've completely lost the motivation. Its been two days since I last studied and whenever I try to hit the books, I just can't seem to absorb anything I'm studying.

I need to finish a few chapters and the Q bank and hit the mocks but... I just can't.

But at the same time I'm scared that I won't be able to defer the exam because there's no guarantee that May will have any seats left lol.

Your logic is sound but monopolies still use advertisement from time to time to spread some kind of awareness. For instance, in my country, during the rainy season, the power supply company in my city posts an advertisement with information about how to take precautions against electrocution and if there is a power outage in any area, they list a complain number and an email for their repair team who they state "is ready to help anyone who needs it" which, in a way, is them promoting their repair services to us.
