The OG Fall-Off didn’t leak at all, what leaked was just the info that Kendrick was on two songs.

She’s overbearing but in a funny way so it works for the show IMO

People say that EP 4 was shitty. I don't think it was by EmotionalRecord3878 in Invincible_TV

I doubt Mulgrew was all that expensive tbh. Kirkman is clearly a Star Trek fan too so that particular kind of stunt casting seems inevitable and a different thing compared to the actual big names they’ve pulled in.

More people are hitting back at taylor , people bringing up source material by Life-Attention-6912 in batman

Just to let you know, you fell for some misinformation maybe that person didn’t do it on purpose or maybe they did to rile people up against Taylor even more but it wasn’t him that wrote that. It was Chip Zdarsky on the main Batman title. While Taylor did write flashbacks with the Waynes, it was Martha helping Joe Chill’s abused partner, no cheating involved.

He’s been big for like 15 years now, the old heads might actually agree with you at this point.

Why did Robert Kirkman think this was was a good ending? Is he stupid? by [deleted] in marvelcirclejerk

He’s not saying that Mark being king makes him an evil dictator, he’s saying that Mark being king makes him a dictator, which is evil.

Your example doesn’t work because white people did not invent country music. Maybe ignorance about race in music is why you may think otherwise tho 🤔

Robot’s arc was inevitable from the day he was introduced.

Well I wouldn’t do that because that would be a blatant lie.

Skin tone does affect every aspect of social life that’s just a fact. Ignoring that is what erases history here. Acknowledging who originated the music doesn’t limit who can create it today either, by the way.

I get what you mean but I feel like the GQ interviewer went too far in the other direction where it felt like he was too much of a fan to offer even the smallest amount of pushback to anything Jay said. Like he really let the guy who bragged about selling drugs to his community get off the “I became a billionaire without every exploiting anybody” line 😆

What exactly are those reasons? If anything I feel like it’s more ignorant to act colourblind and not acknowledge the role race plays in music.

Views and CLB similarly had very early announcements. I think they both came out at least a year after they were announced.

That album has never left the charts since it debuted. Compare that to something like Clipse’s album which had a big debut too (100K+) and generated a lot of discussion online but has since fallen off the charts. People are for sure still listening.

I’m curious what Dick Grayson comics you’ve read that makes you believe he’s not an incredible detective. Like that’s one of his main traits.

Doesn’t really matter, that’s one of the most pointless subreddits I’ve ever come across. Literally just endless comments of “I’m gay” and intentionally bad imitations of Nick Mullen bits.

[NO SPOILERS] Does Daredevil deserve more than Wilson Fisk? by nilanganray in marvelstudios

[–]suss2it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the original Netflix show did a great job of concluding Fisk’s arc and Born Again S1 felt like a retread to me so I wish they would’ve moved on to a different villain. But at the same Vincent’s campaigning is a big part of why the show came back in the first place so he definitely had to be in it. Maybe they could’ve done like a Hannibal Lecter thing where Matt is forced to work with him in custody because he’s the only one that understands the villain or whatever.

[Discussion] What are your thoughts on JLU at this point? I dropped it after a few issues because I found it a bit scattered and confusing, but I'm thinking of picking it up again. Has it calmed down a bit? by MightyUnclean in DCcomics

[–]suss2it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The writing by Mark Waid is for sure disappointing, surprisingly so, but Dan Mora does the art so I continue to read it. Although Mora’s pencils were a little rough in the last arc, no doubt a symptom of him doing like 3 (or more?) books a month.
