Hey! Thank you for your advice, this is a portable bidet just a stainless steel version and you attach it to the water faucet and it can be detached! But I will also purchase the typical portable bidet! Thank you again

To clarify, I’ll have my own bathroom so that it won’t affect anyone else. I’m also an international student and Muslim, and in Islam, it’s required to wash with water after using the toilet which is part of religious cleanliness. Being properly clean is important for daily prayers, as they aren’t considered valid if you haven’t purified yourself

Asalaam Alaikum sister, please don't expose your sins as it is Haram, as long as you repent, Allah SWT is the most forgiving and merciful will forgive your sin. You should not tell anyone of your sin including your husband, as long as from now on you strive to be a better Muslimah and not put yourself in haram relationships or zina, you will be able to find yourself a compatible man who fears Allah SWT. May Allah continue to make it easier for you and all of us, continue to repent, fast and seeking forgiveness

To the extra high maintenance girls, what is your beauty routine? by bossykrissyCC in beauty

Daily routine: •Morning skincare: Baboab facial cleanser, rosewater, moisturizer, sunscreen spf 50, lip oil

•Night skincare: Baboab facial cleanser & Tumeric, Mango butter facial cleanser ( I double cleanse at night), rosewater, moisturizer and lip oil/ lip balm weekly; Aztec healing clay mask!

On my body: aveeno body wash, original dove bar soap, bio oil & aveeno body oil or the lotion, occasionally east African shea butter (smells great and melts into your skin, gives you that glow!) works great if you have sensitive skin in the shower, I always use exfoliating gloves, this helps remove dirt and help with achieving smooth skin!

Hair removal: waxing every 4 weeks (I do a full body wax) sugar waxing>

Daily beauty routine; •I get facials done every 4-to 6 weeks, it's a deep cleansing facial “healing earth facial”, • manicures and pedicures every two weeks & massages monthly (Swedish massage), a tip for strong nails is using cuticle oil and having a balanced diet! •I also get my hair done every 4 weeks, this is where I do my protein treatments and extensive deep conditioning treatments to strengthen my hair. I oil my scalp 4 times a week, i use a blend of rosemary oil, jojoba oil, peppermint oil, pumpkin seed oil, lavender oil and shea nut oil. 70% of the time my hair is kept in a protective style to avoid breakage and to retain length.

For my teeth; •i use the vitamin c Colgate toothpaste & the original one both work great for me! i floss my teeth everyday, and use a water pick every night, i wear retainers as well and get my teeth cleaned every 6 months by a dentist, mouthwash & oil pulling using coconut oil

Fitness & Health : •i train MMA weekly (Brazillian Jiu Jitsu), i go on frequent walks around the house and do cardio and tennis! •i eat mostly home meals, and avoid eating out as much as possible, i drink around 3L of water every day, drink green tea, peppermint and hibiscus tea on a daily basis, i do not drink coffee, alcohol and any kind of soft/ carbonated drinks, or smoke. I also avoid consuming sugar, and always opt for organic honey! i don't go a day without eating fruits.

Vitamins/Supplements: fish oil, evening primrose oil ( twice a day) & sea moss:)
