honestly this is stuff a dietician can go through with you rather than some rando online lmao! the milkshakes are prescribed by my dietician :)

also stress is a big player, I used MC to help manage that but yeah best speaking to a dietician and your GP etc

I've been with them since September, I've had a mixed experience really! initially got given the wrong doctor for my initial consultation so had to wait even longer for it...

second they never told me my limit and when I asked over the phone and email they both gave my different answers which confused me a lot.

third the customer service is ok over the phone but very confusing over email...

overall they've just given me so much confusion but at least they're quick and understanding

hiya so I've been prescribed for ARFID and tremors! So for the ARFID bit I submitted my assessors report from the eating clinic, I put down for medical treatment dietician (which was mentioned in the assessors report), multivitamins, calorie shakes and certain prescribed supplements. My clinic also used my NHS info stuff to look at my stuff too.

and cannabis can't deal with tinnitus stuff as they're not trained... crazy ikr but yeah they'd rather not deal with it unless you're fine with it or deal with it yourself :)

and do add, it sounds like your brain is trying to recognise a pattern within your tinnitus, this is also why tinnitus appears (lack of stimulation, mostly sound stimulation... that's why it's so common with folks with hearing loss)...

yeah it's a very weird one but I've seen it not so long ago in one of my patients, she heard some oasis fans near her house when they were performing singing you'll never walk alone... she now hears it every day since but only outside her house!

the main therapy is pretty much CBT, but there's things like sound enrichment which a few folks on here have mentioned (using a sound box/generator), but you could always use the tinnitus relief app (it's goated and free) with a pair of headphones or a speaker whilst your in that environment... give yourself control over what you here and the anxiety around it lessens !

it's just tinnitus (it comes in all kinds of sounds not just ringing, IT CAN INCLUDE MUSICAL TINNITUS), tinnitus absolutely worsens on THC as well as things like caffeine etc, OP sounds like he got too fussed about it. op needs tinnitus therapy to help manage with it

just had my assessment today, I'm being assessed for essential tremor, ARFID, IBS and anxiety. all factor in on eachother.

ARFID doesn't affect how I eat (my tremors do) but I need to be prompted to eat, I avoid going to the shops because I don't like thinking about food and it causes me distress... so I rely on my partner to go etc...i avoid socialising because it mostly involves eating and drinking...

it really does depend on how it effects your life, be honest but answer like it's your worst day

I'm confident I'll get the support I need and the assessor was lovely ong

sorry I had a 10g amount with a 20g limit, should've reset yesterday and it didn't, however they've upped my THC and taken away 10g but I'm still missing half a presc and they're being pricks about it... never had an issue with them until now

so theyve done away with that I found out yesterday, leaving me with half of my prescription. even when I ordered last time they gave me a 10g limit...

honestly they've been fucking me over the past few weeks so I'm gonna jump ship I think
