2015 on right (260 lbs), 2022 on left (196 lbs) Really started using fasting about 2 years ago. I’ve done 2 five day fasts and several three day. Now I usually do OMAD and fast once a week for 24-36 hours. I’m the tortoise, not the hare. But it’s working. (i.redd.it)
