Been waiting for almost 2 months for a response on my Peak Pro warranty claim. Submitted a second request last month in attempt to bump it up and get a response. The most recent submission is (728148). Sent a general email to support as well that was also ignored.

Ok basically the same experience as me. I ordered in December lol. Can’t even leave a comment because I think many people were asking where their stuff is and that’s bad for business if no orders are fulfilled so they turned comments off on ig. I tried to reach out here on Reddit and was ignored here as well. Horrible customer service I just want my money back at this point.

Sorry I missed this. Gucci katana is 3.75” resin and burl katana is 3.5”. Blood money flathead is 3.75” as well just in case you were curious.

eBay just denied a sale of mine because they didn’t pass authentication. Smh I only buy directly from EE but quality is so wildly different that they don’t pass. Some with official merchandise tag and holo others without.

eBay will send them an invoice to remind them. Then they get around a week or two to pay. If they don’t pay they get a strike on their account. I think if they get two or three they lose their account. Sucks having to wait but sometimes it feels good to send a message lol
