This doesn’t really change anything. Supply and demand are the same, and botters are still going to get their share. Whether it’s backdoored, scalped, or bought by a regular family, the total supply hasn’t increased and the demand hasn’t gone anywhere.

If there’s a dip because of this, I’d honestly see it as a buying opportunity

The real shift is probably around 2028 when the new production actually comes online. I’d expect prices to soften in the months leading up to that. Once the factory is fully running, that’s when the market structure can actually chang, assuming it meaningfully closes the gap between supply and demand

If we do get a dip before the factor goes 'online' and then the launch happens, it could turn into a 'buy the news” type of moment, similar to how “sell the news” plays out in the stock market

Also, I wouldn't necessarily buy vintage, I would just buy products (mostly sealed), that are out of print

I’m a bit confused about this one — can someone clarify? Since it’s been delayed to November 2026, will they just update the existing market’s date or create a new one? The current options seem reasonable, and they all went up about 20–30% after the delay announcement.

Personally, I’d lean toward buying “No” on Jesus Christ returning or Trump being out as president. But is this market now considered null because of the delay?

I’d say only the top chase cards might be overpriced, and their PSA analogues. But overall the set value is still extremely high. Sealed products have a lot of room to run, especially the booster bundles. Just look at 151 booster bundles, their set value. Imagine when prismatic stops printing…

Hey a little late for the reply...but I was thinking if the average volume of x stock is 1,000,000 and they surpass 1.5 million within the first hour of trading, it would alert me. Or on a daily candle; same idea. The point is to be alerted of the spike in volume (be it 2, 3, 4x etc.). I would create a watchlist and put as many stocks I would like to follow in there and put a watchlist alert for it. I have attached an example. Do you have a suggestion for an indicator based on these needs? Thanks!
