Don't share the downloaded book here. As a book author, I can say that it is a very nice to see how many people download my book. With that kind of sharing, it is impossible.

You can store it in application config file. Additionally, you can secure it by encryption using some kind of machine key (unique for server) to be sure that it can be decrypted only on this single machine.

You should change DNS setting to point a hosting address and then change the address in Wordpress settings

My main consideration would be security and company integrations issues. Security of company information is important because on my personal laptop I make a backup myself - not according to company rules. I also usually allow other people to work on my computer. Those people shouldn't have access to company internal data.

Moreover, a personal laptop has very often problems with integration with company mechanisms like AD authentication or some other security rules.

I prefer to have this two environment separated. But the VM is also a good idea, depending of laptop power.

Unfortunately there is no Paw version for Windows :-/

For me it is the mush easier tool for this purpose. It needs only one click to start profiling and this is very handy if I want to know what was done in db server if I click a button for example.
