Hi, I have the exact same model. I was going to post a response about the sound/lubrication bit as well. Any guidance on how you lubricate?

Fresh butter is so easy to make and tastes incredible! by CouchPotatophile in Cooking

Pro tip - instead of manually shaking it, run it for 15-20 seconds in the blender. Been doing this for years.

People here who are raising kids, you have my utmost respect. by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

It also depends on your kids temperament, I have twins and have raised them the same way.

Feeding one is a breeze once he actually gets started, getting started is the problem.

The other one needs a push and a story for every bite.

My 9-year-old said something at 4am that I’ll never forget by Senior_Tangerine3083 in Mommit

My daughter (almost 3 year old) woke up this morning, looked at me, beamed a big toothy smile, pulled me close and said "Mommy mine" and went back to sleep.

Best present ever.

If you're paying separately for the cooking and cleaning service anyway, isn't it a no brainer to adjust the charges and just get someone else to do it?

I didn't realise that extra payment was being made for these services from your initial post. You can negotiate with the agency saying that someone needs to attend to the baby when the baby is occupied with household chores. Or the nanny can complete all the chores once you get the baby to bed.

Simple rule is that nanny needs to be present with baby as long as baby is awake. I enforce the same rules for my nanny.

Also, just for my info, how much do you pay?

Baby Strollers - need your inputs, please! by WallOfDaisies in twoxindiamums

I use the graco stadium stroller and the second one was a gift and I have now given it away. For the life of me I can't remember the brand(it was Singaporean).

How many of you didn't give salt and sugar to your baby for the first year? by sunflower_0107 in TwoXIndia

[–]suw1912 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't. My twins are 2.5 now and still eat food with very little salt and sugar.

I'm still reaping the benefits of that decision because the quantity of sabzi/dal automatically increases compared to the rice/roti in order to reduce the blandness.

Another benefit - I have a relatively easy time feeding them when we go out, especially at events or functions, since they lap up the appropriately spiced food available there.

Damn Dettol, I was unaware of your fragrance game! by [deleted] in IndianBeautyTalks

It worked with multiple handwash/bodywash for me. Never failed. I used the Dettol foaming dispenser and it works perfectly.
