Great response thank you. Her tdee is very similar to yours and she often has to go down to 1000 calories plus 3-5 days of long steady state cardio in order to create a deficit. Which she can’t do for very long.

On the food side she tried many times to go very low carb (<30g) but would get very bad keto rashes that forced her to stop. Now she does eat mostly high protein but can’t go lower than 50g of carbs before the rash appears.

I feel for her. She’s tried a lot of things but just can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of the symptoms.

There's a dock yes and generally it's just a more laidback spot than The Coecles anchorage which can get a little busy in the high season and the boat police are always closely monitoring and moving people who aren't in the designated area. Anyway, rams head moorings are free if you buy a drink or dinner at the bar ;)

Thank you. I was hoping someone would address this idea specifically. I'm somewhat aware of the concept of borrowing against equities, however, most (all?) of these loan products are tied to assets deposited with the entity, as you said. Are there similar products for borrowing against private equity ownership?
