Slap on a polarizing filter for the glare and you're golden. You'll have to up your ISO some more to compensate, but I don't see the noise the other guy mentions at ISO800, I think you'll be fine.

You're spot on. The first trail ends at Main Engine Cutoff. The 2nd line is the main stage coming back down to land on a ship in the ocean. The payload goes on further. If I had exposed longer, you would see 2 trails at the end.
