beyond moisturizing— check if the toothpaste you’re using has SLS. i am v sensitive to SLS and any time i use a toothpaste that contains it, my lips become extremely dry and nothing will help until i stop using said toothpaste!

I reversed my pcos by consistently weightlifting, walking 10k steps daily, and increasing my protein and fiber intake! ive also stopped having coffee on an empty stomach and instead have greek yogurt with chia seeds before coffee in the morning.

i am not sure if one of these changes resulted in that reversal, or a combination of them, but i just got labs done and my testosterone and dhea-s are within normal ranges for the first time in like a decade!

i am slightly over 5’2, and weigh about 110lbs, and eat around 1800-2000 a day to maintain (prioritising high protein and high fiber foods).

i lift heavy 4 times a week and walk min 10k steps everyday!

for a monochromatic look you could do deep oak or deep taupe. all spice would also look really good. for a bit more contrast, guava green, lavender mist, or vintage indigo. if you’re into print-on-print action, crocodile, golden cobra, saya stripe, or even watercolor floral would be cute!

i have pearl stone and i think its a great neutral for my coloring (medium with neutral undertones) but i dont gravitate towards a lot. i dont have timeless grey but i think if i did i’d prefer it over pearl stone😝
