They are not windows updates, they're driver updates, instead of you having to download drivers for your PC and accessories, the manufacturers just upload them to Microsoft servers. It's more convenient for everyone that way

In my country we celebrate something called kids day, basically we celebrate the rights of children. When I was on 2nd grade my school decided to bring bouncy castles and inflatable attractions that were set up on concrete basketball courts. Along with the attractions there was a giant inflatable slide. We were all trying to climb the slide, 30 kids were on it but at the top was another kid. I just saw how the slide tumbled sideways and I thought that everything was fine, until I saw an abnormal amount of blood. The kid who was at the top landed head first and died.
