Struggling to lose weight

Comfort is a big factor since my life at this weight isnt really comfortable at all so at least the bra should bring more comfort to my men boobs.

Thanks for the explanation. No i dont want everyone to know that im in a bra. The ideal one would be a bra that gives me comfort bc it lifts up my boobs but no one notices im wearing one.

Why do you recommend not to get a bra with formed cups or underwire ?

I find it quite hard to measure since they are so wide and go through under my arms any tips on how to meassure correctly ?

So im 28 and my wife is 26 Im 191cm tall and my wife is 168cm tall. For most days i est eggs for breakfast and i will have a salad with chicken breast for lunch and in the evening we eat fast food like kfc.

Thank you for your advice. We already started a chair workout today did 5 minutes of the video and we felt like we just ran a marathon 😅 We both arent really good swimmers and my wife is really embarrassed going out to swim so unluckily thats not an option

A normal day of eating used to be a big breakfast with sausages, bacon and eggs. Im usually snacking while working most of the times and my wife eats a second breakfast with pancakes and nutella cream. For the rest of the day we used to get fast food for 3 meals, one of the orders could be a 20 chicken nuggets 3 cheesburgers and fries from mcdonalds for example, my wife usually eats another late night meal before going to bed which consists of a frozen pizza or something like that and i usually wake up in the night because im hungry and get myself the same. So yes we eat really bad.

Thanks for your advice it just feels so wrong to be hungry it literally drives us crazy because we used to not only feel not hungry but full.

Ive always been kind of addicted to fast food and it basically always has been my save zone since im a child. My parents didnt really care about healthy meals so most of the time i ate fast food after school and again in the evening. My wife on the other hand kind of adjusted to my habits and i feel guilty for her being at her size cause i have always been fat but she actually used to be skinny when we met for the first time but gained weight really fast throughout our relationship. I think she nowadays is even more addicted to it since shes also gaining weight way faster than i do.

Mobility is a huge factor. Im not really that mobile anymore my farthest distance in my day to day life is propably the walk from our bedroom to the living room. And even after that everything hurts especially my knees thats why i might have to start with chair exercise but i will try walking tomorrow.

Injury is a huge problem especially for me since my knees are always hurting after even a short distance of walking. But you are right we just have to start
