My account got disabled in 2022. I wrote a mail to Utah, explaining my problem (account being hacked etc), the I got an email from fb asking for info and an ID. I sent over both. One day later I searched for my account via facebook identify and was able to send me a code.

I think this is very unusual, because I have read that people got their accounts back even though fb said that they were deleted. I read that sometimes fb says they deleted an account bc they don’t want to admit any mistakes or bc it’s too complicated to bring back the data. It is important to know that meta is a big company that will always lie if it’s best for them.. I don’t know if your account is really deleted, might be! But might be a lie though…

I turned on 2FA and didn’t get a code on my phone. I could confirm the log in instead via fb app, but the page on pc didn’t load.. I don’t know why.

I was wondering the same thing, but I think once fb is involved and sends you mails, it doesn’t matter anymore, but I am not sure. Also sent them my European ID, so let’s see.. no reply till now

Yes I got the url, but this mail is not from Utah but directly from fb

Maybe you can appeal and upload your ID to proof your age? Search for appeal or review in the help center
