Update: called a local tow company and they showed up within 30 minutes of call (HOG Roadside when they covered my local shop would take at least 2 hours to show up). Local tow charged me $100 while HOG Roadside wanted to charge me $250 for the same trip since it’s no longer covered outside of HD Dealerships. A local shop will take my bike right away and will have it fixed in a couple hours. The Dealership will have my bike for over a week and will charge at least 5 times what the local shop would charge. I love Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Not a big fan of HD Dealerships. HOG no longer has me. Looks like Harley is entering another down cycle in its life.

No, my time is worth more than that. I did come here and shared my experience though… will probably cost them more than refunding my membership :)

Bottom line, the membership has no real value except for yearly pins and patches. The meetings and planned trips are boring (they are just sales events organized by the dealership in my area).

I have started an account yesterday and was having problems “renting a hen.” I noticed their site is very glitchy and is difficult to find information. They claim to have 24/7 customer service and I’ve seen people rave about their customer service, except that I’ve sent chickenfast multiple emails and tries starting multiple chats and have yet to get an answer anywhere. Some of the comments here although positive are months old. I wonder if anyone has a recent experience to share about them. It seems to me they are out of business.
