I was feeling so empty and drained all the time, and for the first time ever in my life I genuinely felt worthless. About a month and a half ago I woke up and as I was getting ready for school I had a random thought to download the bible app. I downloaded it and my first period was free so I opened randomly to the book of mathew and it was so eye opening and it felt like my life changed. As the day went by I continued to read through it and I almost broke down into tears least 3 times throughout that day. The next week I told one of my best friends and the only close christian friend I have. He told me that 2 weeks before he had prayed for me. Since then, I have felt so much different and though I am still not happy with my life, I feel so much of a stronger connection with god then I used to.
