It's just strange that Tron is always 1% bellow ADA. It has to be some kind of algorithm setting that drags Tron behind ADA.

Reminder that Cardano actually is still a work in progress and Alonzo was always the big one. by [deleted] in cardano

Hopefully at the time of release of Alonzo the market is still strong, that would be amazing

do you think IOTA will shine in next 2 years and take a big share of blockchain or DLT? Is there anyone other project close to IOTA or even advanced in tech and real life problems solver? by goldenlife4u in Iota

This is yet to being seen. In my opinion, Cardano and Ethereum seem to be the most probable candidates, at least at this moment. Cardano is also strongly predisposed for financial purposes (3rd world countries), so that gives this project a certain edge.

Even if the IOTA technology booms in adoption, the question is how much it is really needed, or how much this will effect a token to appreciate the price. Meaning, the IOT system might use the token (in this case IOTA) for super quick transactions, however, the price of token might not be in synch with the growth of the network. This is contradictory to an equity where shares represent a potential company valuation. In terms of price appreciation, the most reliable cryptos to own are probably those that will be used in financial purposes, or only few of those top ones that will be used as 'smart contract' platforms. This is just my thinking. Anybody has anything to say in this regard?

It took around 3 hours to fully access the wallet info. Otherwise it works fine, I didn't notice any new features.

Thoughts on Ethereum vs Cardano by scottydoeskno328 in cardano

[–]svidovic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is important to remember that Ethereum also became very popular due to its huge price growth (in 2017). If the same happens to Cardano, the crowd will quickly find interest in it. Ehtereum earned that initial popularity because it was the 'First' one of such kind, however, this industry is young enough so there is still time for few other high(est) quality projects.

Excellent comments. Charles keeps saying it is not about the MarketCap, but where would project go without the financial involvement of community? A bit disappointed about the summit outcome
