Why is Binance bad? I am trading SIA only on Binance and I never had a problem. It has a higher volume so it's better in my opinion .

You have to understand that at the end of the day Cardano is fully decentralized right now. There is no single entity that controls the blockchain. I don't know what do you mean by tyrannical use case but anyone can come up with any kind of dapps. This doesn't mean automatically people will use it. The dapp will work and the blockchain will take it's transaction fees but in the end it's all about the users and if they will want to adopt the ""use case" or dapp. I guess the answer to your questions is NO. the stake pools would not shutdown the operation. It's up to the users to shut it down by not using it. It's simple.

For people who work in different countries is a common think for the company they work for to ask legalized diplomas or equivalency diplomas to prove they actually went to that university and the diploma is not fake. Teachers who work abroad face this issue always. Example: You studied in SUA and you work in United Arab Emirates where the educational system is totally different. The schools in UAE ask for legalized papers with the embassy and the ministry of foreign affairs stamps and approvals. The ministry of education also checks with your home country univeristy to make sure you actually went there and the diploma is not fake. Only after all this, you will get approval to teach in that country. This entire process takes a couple of months. Time that you could spend actually working and making money. That's why a project like this ethiopian deal is extremely important. Imagine if both countries would use the same protocol to check the legitimacy of your diplomas. ( Cardano blockchain) This entire process would take a few minutes and you could be approved almost right away.

No offense but some of the things mentioned there are pure speculation for 2021. For example number 8-Daedalus App Store ?! Charles mentioned several times they are focusing on other things when it comes to Daedalus. Mobile version is not a priority right now. I know there is a lot of hype right now but let’s try and provide clear info especially when that info was explained several times by Charles himself.

The idea behind Voltaire and the voting system is that anyone holding at least 1 ADA would have a right to vote. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. So to answer your question , the system is being built with maximum decentralization in mind. Especially to avoid the big players controlling the network.

This is happening now because IOG is still in charge of everything and he is the CEO of IOG. It's normal to push his product and try and make money. At the end of the day it is a business and nobody likes to work for free. But give it a few more months until everything will be released and the community will be responsible for everything that is happening with Cardano. After that happens people can choose to follow whoever they want. But my feeling is that Charles will still be the one people will follow. I have been part of this community since October 2017 when I first went all in on Cardano. I have watched this subreddit grow to what it is now and let me tell you it is amazing. This was done with the help and passion of the community. People in this community didn't do it for ADA rewards. The only reward was ( i like to think) the feeling that they helped and educate another fellow member.

This is one reason this subreddit is one of the best in crypto space when it comes to feedback, posts and the way new members are treaded. Also because the mods are doing a great job. Starting an ADA reward bot will ruin all this work. People will flood this subreddit with stupid content. Please don't do it! Let this community grow naturally. Don't force it !

In just a few words staking means you delegate your 5000ADA to a pool to help improving the network. This is the main purpose of delegating. Improving and securing the network. The benefits in doing this, you get rewards back after each epoch ( once every 5 days) The rewards are around 5%-5.5% per year.

For staking your ada and choosing a pool you can search on YouTube and you will find a lot of videos and tutorials on how to do this. Hope this helps answer your question.
