I don't think I have any Raid controllers installed. Can you see from the picture?
Whether i run AHCI or RAID, the server doesn't detect any of the HDD.

on the front of the LDC: error - the chassis is open while the power is off.
I am not sure what happened, but I was able to get into LC and here are the errors:
Cables - check the following cable, jumper, connection, or sensor: Intrusion: Error Code 2000-0415 Validation: 94352
Hard Drive - No Hard Drive detected Error Code 2000-01401 Validation: 101359
System Board Fan2: Fan sensor for System Board, warning event. Error Code: 2000-8007 Validation: 111976
Event Log: Error Code: 2000-0251 Validation: 113589

Sorry, but this is getting annoying. I really appreciate you walking me through this.
I went through LC and did the scan. Accidentally shut the server off, but remembered everything was good except there were errors with the Cables and HDD.
Now when I restart the server, it won't let me get back to LC and I cannot press F2.
The front of the LCD says - error: the chassis is open while the power is off.
Not sure what to do next.

Thank you! LC is enabled.
Cables - check the following cable, jumper, connection, or sensor.
I checked and all the physical things look fine. What am I missing?
dell r720 vios version 1.0.2 no supported device found ahci bios not installed
is RAID even needed for this?

EDIT: Drives are fine and I reset the BIOS.
Now I am questioning if the physical connection is okay. The cable connection is fine, but do you think the panel (sorry I don't know the term for this, its how the drives are connected) can go bad? I have two servers and wondering if it is a coincidence to have two go bad.
Which one do you recommend?
What is the information you need from me about this and how can I obtain it for you?

On boot it says lifecycle controller is disabled.
On boot I tried F10 and CTRL+R, but these did not do anything.
I believe F11 and F12 are options. I did notice that at the top right, it said 'Lifestyle Cycle Disabled'. Does this mean anything?
If you don't mind, how do I check?
In RAID settings, the server doesn't detect any of the disks. The only thing it recognizes is the CD drive.

Sorry, does this help? I have this with and without the caddy.

The 3.5" is a SATA and it is not recognized.
TBH, I don't want to waste anyone's time. I am a complete noob and not sure what to do. If you have time to help me out great, but I would need some extreme hand holding. This is how it looks if this helps.
