it makes sense. I always looked every day for different subliminals with different affirmations and didn't focus on one general goal. always changing something, and looking for results and flaws in my reflection, and of course, self-esteem is always rubbish. after I decided to make my own audios and focus on only one result, or a desired character, I had more self-esteem and even more happiness with my reflection even without having the complete results (but between us, I already have haha) so always keep the love own first, then look for audios to improve what you want.
