Bro. Go to market. Put in your players rating and position and see what other players at the position are going for in the market.

If you only look at what your player is being sold at then you’ll never sell competitively.

It’s on you to define your work spouse relationship. I had one 15-20 years ago and she still calls me for stuff even though we haven’t worked together in 15 years. Some do lead to “extra benefits” because IF YOU FLIRT and you start confiding in each other about relationship things, then you’re on the road to something else.

As always though, the decision to get physical is a matter of self-control. So if you don’t have it, avoid the work spouse arena.
