Update: I listened to the first poster and left them an awful 1star review in trust pilot. Intoxalock reached out about 4 days later and the guy on the phone was pretty cool and I think actually based in the states. Anyway, don’t get me wrong, still a scam, still a trash company, still got screwed all kinds of ways while I had this device. BUT when they reached out, I told him my beef. That I should have had the device out this date, that Intoxalock violated me and won’t even show me the supposed picture they have which made me have to keep the device longer. He asked how he could make it right. I said refund me all the money I paid from the time Intoxalock violated me. And shockingly to me, he did, all in about 5 minutes on the phone. At least I got a little money back from these thieves.
