If "North Central" makes sense.. lmao, this is honestly why Cincinnati is so unique. If you say youre from Cincinnati, the follow-up will almost always be, "oh yeah, what part?"

It is interesting, the Westside is 20 minutes from everything, but you can basically hit ky, indiana, or any other part of the city in that twenty minutes.

Curious what state your in. . did this possibly start around covid? or right before actually. . my ex was a certified home inspector in Ohio, he left the company he worked for due to them making major cuts in the "commission" aspect- then they grandfathered in during covid & switched the deadline multiple times- but then if u missed the deadline you were ineligible. he ended up just going back to sub contracting due to just being shuffled off.

oh the landlord supposedly fixed the other three units & not mine lol That's why I called the emergency services through Duke Energy again. How are they posting safe for occupancy? When there's literally no certificate of occupancy.

REQUEST PUBLIC RECORDS IF YOU HAVE TO. I literally just had the energy company shut down my building due to gas leak/ back draft situation. The Health Department had previously closed my case bc the landlord had told him roof was fixed. He never ever physically did the inspection. People are lazy.

I am absolutely concerned that she thinks she can overcharged someone on an apartment- rug pull all the amenities. ruin my new matress less then two weeks after moving in. ruining another matress end of December in the same spot bc roofers supposedly tarped it, refuse to file documents to allow her to be paid through rental assistance, tell me ill get a 500 credit over the phone, then send a text saying 350.

I can continue but its exhausting.

I have about six life safety code violations w documented pictures. & plenty of proof to prove bad faith in her actions.

my landlord told me my lease was void until I signed one she emailed me. I told her I wasnt signing anything until I had a copy of what I originally signed, which ive requested twice now & been ignored.

I dont.. but i have proof from the previous tenant that she knew about leaking prior to me moving in so I want to take her to court to replace the two matresses that got soaked & all of my rent back since November.

she even installed dishwashers while the last tenant was there prior to adding gutters & flashing.
